Susan teaches from the heart. She has a holistic approach to yoga that promotes good health in body, mind, and spirit. Her creative and fun vinyasa flows challenge her students physically to increase strength and body awareness while focusing on a deep connection to breath, present moment awareness, and an ever so gentle lifting and opening of the heart.
