Fun and Creative Vinyasa Flow. Connect with your breath, flow, dance, and breathe through this moving meditation.
Reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility while developing a stronger mind-body-spirit connection.
All levels welcome.

Yoga Flow and Tone
Fridays 9:15 – 10:30
In this Vinyasa class we will maintain an emphasis on yoga flow and connection to breath, with an integration of movement designed to strengthen and tone the body.
Flow through this fun and creative class enriched with ample opportunity to link conscious breath and mindful movement, to root into the moment and develop a deeper connection to True Self.
All Levels Welcome.

Slower Flow
Tuesdays & Saturdays 9:15 – 10: 30
Great for all, from those who are new to yoga to seasoned yogis who want to slow down their practice. Gradually warm up your joints and muscles, learn or fine-tune poses, experience the calm rhythm of flow yoga as you connect with your breath, stay in the moment and cool down your mind!
Arrive on your mat, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength & flexibility, while developing a stronger mind-body-spirit connection.

Meditation, Mindfulness + Time in Nature
This Meditation and Mindfulness Class is designed for anyone wanting to learn the foundational practices of meditation and mindfulness and explore ways you can be more present and mindful in everyday life. This class consists of 20-30min of group meditation, breath work, exercises in mindfulness and a 30-40min walk in nature where we will continue to practice mindfulness through various activities, focusing on breath and presence and will at times include silence and/or community conversation while walking.
The practice of meditation & mindfulness will help you:
- Build skills to manage and reduce anxiety and stress
- Feel more balanced and centered
- Enhance your emotional well-being
- Decrease negative emotion and states of reactivity
- Deepen your awareness of yourself, others, and the world around you.
